Turducken
I'm thinking about buying my parents a turducken for Thanksgiving this year. Does anyone here have experience cooking or eating turducken?

I have never tried. Isn't it a Cajun delicacy? I believe you can mail order one.
I am not a big friend of large birds. I prefer squabs and quails. :)
Yeah, I'm looking at Cajun companies online. It's not too big though - 15 lbs or so is not too bad for a turkey + duck + chicken + stuffing.
